Meryl Stern earned a Bachelor of Accountancy at The
George Washington University and continued her design
education at The New York School of Interior Design,
graduating with high honors. She began her design
career as an apprentice to leading designers in New
York City, and ventured out to form her own firm in
1998.
The firm has designed residences in New Jersey, New
York, The Hamptons, and Florida, as well as hospitality
projects in New Jersey. She has contributed her talents
to the Designer Showhouse in Montclair, NJ and continues
to support various fundraisers through design. Her
complete design and build out of Harvest
Bistro a high-end restaurant in northern
New Jersey won her accolades with Zagat
Survey Top Décor Ranking rating
her with 25 points out of 28.
Meryl Stern was also selected to represent the State
of New Jersey featured in The
Perfect Home: Leading Residential
Interior Designers, published 2006 by Sandow Media.
Her work has been published in various regional and
shelter magazines.
